The Music Collection was founded by Susan Alexander-Max who is joined by leading players from the London orchestras to make this flexible and exciting ensemble. Their programme focuses on probably the two most dramatic of the London Bach's 1777 piano concerti, where with the growing interest in national song gave Johann Christian the opportunity to include sets of Scottish variations in both works.
