Jane Booth gave one of the first Tudeley concerts. She is now Principal Clarinet with, amongst others, the Gabrielli Consort, Taffelmusic, and the Sixteen, working as a soloist with conductors including Mackerras, Rattle, Norrington and Hogwood. She is joined by her husband, John Irving, Professor of Music  History & Performance Practice at Bristol University whose research interests include the keyboard and chamber music of Mozart and the fortepiano on which he performs regularly
